My name is Michael Behrens, and I am the Director of VA lending for Mortgage Funding US.
Mortgage Funding US is a company that is dedicated to and supports our service men and women and their families. They are supportive of my efforts to reach and help military families. As the Director of VA Lending I have been visiting local armories and making presentations so that people are aware of the benefits and mortgage options available to them. I also help military families fulfill their dreams of owning a home for the first time.
Mortgage Funding US offers first time loans with the use of your VA Loan Benefit and can assist you with obtaining your certificate if needed. We also offer VA Streamline refinancing (also referred to as IRRRL), as well as VA Cash Out refinances. We will work with you and help best determine which type of loan best suites your family’s individual needs.
I can’t stress enough the importance of having your financial affairs in order before and during deployment, and I can help you improve your financial situation with just the right mortgage product for your needs.
